Traditional in Crested Butte, the gathering spaces are on the 2nd floor. Two bedrooms are behind french doors on this floor. Game room, 3 bedrooms, laundry, mudroom on 1st floor.

5 bedrooms, 4 with en suite baths, offer privacy and quiet. 4 bedrooms have queen beds, the bunk room has 2 full over full bunk beds.

As devoted trail runners and mountain bikers, we LOVE Crested Butte, and we found this house, a former Bed and Breakfast, in January 2013. It needed A LOT of work, but after a complete renovation, the home has become a lovely place to stay and celebrate with friends and families. The renovation means, among other things, all new cozy radiant floors, new bathrooms, new appliances, new large open concept kitchen/dining/great room. We have furnished it with our own needs in mind as well, so you'll find townie bikes and a double bike trailer/stroller; large Adirondack chairs on an expansive porch; plenty of dishes, silverware, serving platters and large pots and pans to entertain a crowd; huge laundry/mud space for gear and washing; lots of kid stuff (including a pack and play, high chair, kiddo dishes and sippy cups, toys galore); dog considerations (crate, leashes, dog blankets); garage with big grill and ski storage.
